- After making changes to your POS system, you need to schedule and co-ordinate testing with the AM Test Environment.
- Requesting for a monthly maintenance/outage schedule, or clarification about procedures for the maintenance window.
- Notifying us of a planned Partner system outage.
- Notification of network changes which may include support-testing by AIR MILES.
- Further investigation into a reported Collector issue.
- Requesting additional information from an incident.
