The APIs in this section handle all the calculations and logging themselves, which makes things easier for most businesses looking to integrate with the Blue Rewards program. Using the “Blue Rewards Calculated” method means Blue Rewards handles all the logging and billing aspects of the service.

CALCULATE

Used to calculate how many Points to issue for all eligible items in the basket.

ISSUE

Used to calculate and issue Points to a Collector for all eligible items in the basket.

RETURN

Used to recalculate the Points earned for each item in the basket, then withdraws the Points for the returned items.

RECORD

Used to test and verify the transmission of transactions to Blue Rewards.
